We operate out of number 258 in Sadashivnagar. It’s a nice enough part of town with a lot of trees and a bit of a slower pace than the rest of the city. Four D Management Consulting Pvt Ltd is tucked away here, and we’ve grown quite fond of the spot over the years. Our office is pretty modest. We have a few rooms where we sit and work through management problems for the people who come to see us. It’s not a high-rise building with a lobby or a security guard out front. It’s more of a personal space where we can actually sit down and think. We have a lot of books on the shelves and papers piled up on the desks. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down, and we have to go down the street to get some, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. The people working here are just regular folks who know a thing or two about how businesses should run. We don't use big words to sound smart or impress people. We just look at the facts and talk honestly with each other. It gets quiet in the afternoons, which is when we get most of our writing done. We’ve been in Sadashivnagar for a good while now, so we know the local shops and the people around. It’s a good, steady place to be. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office, we just focus on the consulting work we do.
