We’re located in Koramangala 6th Block, right on 8th Avenue near the 8th Cross. It’s house number 5. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with traffic. Focus Management Consultants Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us who spend our time talking to people and trying to match them with jobs. The office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and keyboards clicking. We have a lot of files piled up. Sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in resumes, but we manage to keep it sorted. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make way too much coffee. People are coming in and out for interviews all day, so it’s never really quiet. We’ve been in Koramangala for a good while. It's a great spot because there are so many companies nearby. We don’t put on a big show. We just sit down, make our calls, and try to help people figure out their next career move. It’s practical work. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to fill a difficult role. But we like the buzz of the office. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job in a busy part of town. It’s not fancy, but it works for us and the people who visit our little office space.
