We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture because that’s not what we’re about. We’d rather just have the right equipment to do our jobs properly. The team here is a mix of people from all over, but we’ve become a bit like a family over the years. We take our breaks together and talk about the local news or the latest cricket scores.
