We are located right off Mysore Road in Bangalore. If you know the Anjanappa Garden area, you know how busy it gets around here. Our place is at 178 B Lane. It’s a fairly straightforward spot where people from the neighborhood come to get some exercise. Most days, it starts pretty early. The shutters go up and the lights come on while it’s still quiet outside. Then the morning crowd starts trickling in before they head off to work. You can hear the hum of the machines and the occasional thud of weights hitting the floor. It isn’t fancy, just a space for people to do their thing. We spend a lot of time wiping down the equipment and making sure everything is where it should be. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so usually, by the evening, the place is packed with people trying to burn off some stress from their commute. The lane can get a bit tight with bikes parked outside. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s just part of the daily routine for us and the folks who live nearby. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that’s how it goes in a gym. We keep the water cooler filled and the fans running. It’s mostly just hard work and sweat in here. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a local spot for fitness on a busy road.
