First2Recruit Hr Solutions Pvt Ltd is based at No 36 in the Aecs Layout. We are in the Iind Rmv Iind Stage, right on the 60 Feet Road in Sanjaynagar. Bangalore is a big city, but our corner in 560094 feels like a community. We deal with HR and recruitment stuff all day. It’s mostly about talking to people and looking through piles of resumes. Our office isn't one of those high-tech startups with beanbags and free snacks. It’s just a regular floor with desks and chairs and too much paper. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes it’s rewarding, and sometimes it’s just a lot of follow-up emails that go nowhere. The 60 Feet Road gets pretty busy, so there’s always the sound of traffic in the background. We don't have a fancy corporate philosophy. We just try to help people find work. It’s straightforward. We’ve been in this part of Sanjaynagar for a bit and we like it here. It’s easy for people to find us. We aren't a huge firm, just a small team working hard. We show up, do the interviews, and keep things moving. There's always someone coming in or out. It's a lot of work, but we manage to stay on top of things.
