We’ve been at No 15 Laxmi Road in Shanti Nagar for quite a while now. Bangalore is always busy, and our spot here is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. Mostly, we spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and talking to clients who need a bit of guidance with their global plans and business steps. It’s not a fancy office at all, just a practical place where we get the actual work done. Some days it gets really loud outside because of the traffic on Laxmi Road, but we are used to it by now. The team here is small, just a few of us sitting at our desks, answering emails and making phone calls. We started Fides Global Consultants because we knew there was a need for this kind of help around here. It's very hands-on work. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some old chairs and a whole lot of files stacked up in the corners. People come by when they have questions about their business or looking for some advice on how to handle things abroad. We try to be straightforward and honest. If we can help, we do it. If not, we tell people that too. It’s just how we run things here. Sometimes we grab a quick tea from the stall nearby and just talk about the projects we're currently handling. It’s a simple setup, and it works for us.
