FIDCON BUILDTECH LLP

Our office is at number 11 in Maruthinagar. Fidcon Buildtech is a small LLP, and we’ve been operating out of this neighborhood for some time now. It’s a local place, and we like being part of the community here. We don't have a giant sign or a fancy glass entrance. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and get the planning for our building projects finished. Most of our work is about managing the technical side of construction and making sure the sites are actually moving along. We aren't big on talk. We prefer to just get into the work and see things through to the end. It can get pretty busy, and there’s always something that needs fixing or a person who needs to be called. We don't really use a lot of "business" language. We just talk to people like normal and try to be clear about what’s happening with a project. Whether it’s a small renovation or a bigger build, we treat it the same way. We just want to do a decent job that doesn't cause a lot of stress for anyone involved. Sometimes the days are long, but we’re used to that by now. Being in Maruthinagar keeps us close to a lot of our projects, which is handy. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to stay honest.
