If you go to BTM 2nd Stage in Bangalore, you’ll find us at No 11 Shakthi, which is on 2nd Cross in the BHCS Layout. This is where Executiverecruitment is based. Bangalore is always moving fast, and the traffic around BTM can be a real headache, but we’re used to it. Our office is just a regular building on a regular street. We spend most of our time looking for people who need jobs and connecting them with companies that are looking. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking through lists. We don't use any high-tech systems that do the work for us; it’s mostly just us reading resumes and talking to people. The office is often full of the sound of people talking. We have a small area where people can sit while they wait to talk to us. It’s not a very big space, but it’s enough for what we do. We’ve got 560076 as our pin code. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of positions to fill. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just help people get work. That’s the reality of it. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high on the desks. It’s a straightforward job in a busy part of town. We just keep our heads down and try to stay busy every day.
