Our office is located at Flat S3 on the second floor of Shivshankari Enclave. It’s in Udaynagar 1st Cross, over in the Chikkalasandra area of Bangalore. If you’re coming from the main road, it can be a little tricky to find the first time, but once you’re here, it’s a pretty quiet spot. Evolv Management Services Pvt Ltd is basically run out of this flat, which gives it a very informal atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or have big boardrooms. Instead, we have a few rooms filled with computers and stacks of folders. Working in Bangalore means we’re always dealing with the weather and the traffic, but being in Chikkalasandra is a bit more laid back than being in the middle of MG Road. We spend our days managing accounts, checking schedules, and making sure the administrative side of things is running smoothly for our clients. There’s usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen area, and we often eat lunch together at the main table. It’s a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. We don’t have a corporate handbook or anything like that; we just know how we like things done and we stick to it. It’s a simple, honest way to work, and being in a residential enclave like this makes the whole day feel a little less like a grind compared to a typical office park.
