Evermark Estate Llp is located at 27, Pipe Line Road. This road is one of those places that always seems to have something going on, whether it is traffic or just people moving about. Our office at number 27 is a fairly simple setup. We deal with estate matters, which mostly involves a lot of reading through documents and talking to people about land and buildings. It isn't a high-rise office with a view, just a ground-level place where we can get our work done without too many distractions. The interior is mostly just rows of filing cabinets and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't really go for a polished look because that’s not who we are. We are just regular people working in the real estate sector. The noise from Pipe Line Road is pretty constant during the day, but you get used to it after a week or two. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back for when someone stops by to chat about a property. It’s an honest way to make a living, and we like being in an area that feels so lived-in. There is a small bakery nearby that we visit way too often for snacks. Working here means being part of the local fabric, and we try to keep things as straightforward as possible for anyone who walks through the door.
