Events U

Events U is located in Koramangala, specifically in the Vi Bk area. If you know Bangalore, you know how this neighborhood is—always something going on and the traffic is pretty much a constant thing. Our office is small and tucked away, which is just fine for us. We don’t need a huge storefront because we’re usually out at different sites anyway. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of computer cables and samples for decorations. We try to keep things organized, but when three events are happening at once, the paperwork tends to pile up on the desks. It’s a regular workspace for regular people. We usually start the day with a quick talk about what needs to happen and then everyone just gets to it. We don't have big fancy meetings with slides. It’s more about checking the lists and making sure the trucks are on time. The atmosphere is casual. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts because we’re moving boxes half the time. Koramangala is a good place to be because everything is close by, even if it takes forever to drive a few blocks. We’ve got some good local spots for food, which helps on the long days. It’s a busy life, and our office reflects that. It’s not polished, but it’s functional and it’s where all the actual work gets planned before we head out to the venues.
