ER BUILDTECH LLP

We are based in Jayanagar, right on Swagath Main Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets around Tilaknagar. Our office is up on the first floor of the Hilal Building. It’s number 353. We spend most of our days here dealing with all the stuff that comes with ER Buildtech LLP. It’s not always quiet, especially with the traffic downstairs, but it’s a good spot to get work done. We’ve been around this part of Bangalore South for a while now. Most people know the building or at least the road because of the shops nearby. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we handle our building projects and technical drawings. Sometimes the stairs in the building feel a bit steep after a long day on a site, but we’re used to it. Being in Karnataka, specifically this part of Bangalore, means there is always something going on outside our window. We just focus on the daily tasks, making sure the measurements are right and the materials show up when they are supposed to. It’s practical work. We don't really do the whole big corporate speech thing. We just show up at the office, drink some tea, and get to the plans. If you are ever walking down Swagath Main Road, you’ve probably passed us without even realizing it. That’s just how we like it, staying busy in the heart of the neighborhood.
