We are located over in Nagawara, specifically on the 8th Main in the 2nd Block. If you've ever been through this part of Bangalore, you know it’s always moving. We do recruitment work, which mostly involves looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s a busy office because there is always something going on with someone's career. We have a lot of stacks of paper and folders everywhere. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we know where everything is. The 8th Cross is usually full of people and scooters. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s the nature of recruitment. We aren’t a big fancy agency with a view of the skyline. We’re just on the 8th Main, doing what we do. Sometimes people just walk in asking about work, and we try to help them out if we can. It’s a practical setup. We don't have time for a lot of extras or decorations. We just focus on finding the right person for the right spot. The tea stall nearby is where we usually end up when we need a break. It's just a regular local business life, and we are happy to be in Nagawara for now.
