Empower Research

Our office is located at C Osrilakshmi Venkateshwara Nilayama, specifically on the 14th Cross in Padmanabha Nagar. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a solid building in a quiet part of Bangalore 560070. Empower Research works from here, tucked away on the 22nd Main. It’s a residential area mostly, so you get the sound of birds and the occasional street vendor instead of just heavy traffic. We like it that way. Inside, it’s just a group of us sitting at our workstations. We do research for various clients, which means a lot of reading and typing. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We know each other well and sometimes share tea in the afternoons. The stairs can be a bit steep, and the building has that typical local feel to it. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the deadlines we have. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that’s just Bangalore in the monsoon season. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything. If you come by, one of us will probably just look up from our screen and say hello. It's a straightforward setup for people who just want to do their jobs without a lot of unnecessary fuss. We just keep our heads down and get the reports finished on time. It is what it is, a small office doing its bit.
