Our small office is tucked away inside the Pramukh Vatika Society. It is a quiet part of Jayanagar West, which is actually quite nice because it helps us focus on all the data entry and paperwork we have to handle. We have been here at Altada 492K for a decent amount of time now. It is not a big flashy building or anything, just a regular room where a few of us sit and process information for other companies. Most of our day is spent at our desks, looking at spreadsheets and managing various records. It is steady work, and we try to be careful with the details because that is what really matters in a KPO setup. Sometimes we have our lunch together in the small break area and talk about things that aren't related to work. The neighborhood is mostly houses and apartments, so it feels very calm compared to the main city center. We do not really do much in terms of advertising; people just seem to find us or they hear about us through friends. We prefer it that way. The furniture is getting a bit old, and the printer makes a loud clicking noise sometimes, but it still gets the job done. We just come in, do our shifts, and make sure the files are organized before we leave for the day. It is a simple setup we have here in Jayanagar. It works for us.
