Elexon Developments Llp is located at No 26 in Mangamma Palya, which is over in Sector 7 of HSR Layout. We are on the first floor, right behind the Hanuman Wood Industry building. It is a bit of an industrial-feeling area but very close to all the main parts of HSR. Our office is a straightforward workspace where we manage our various development projects. It’s not fancy at all, just a place for us to meet and get things organized. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. HSR Layout has become such a hub lately, so being in Sector 7 keeps us right in the middle of all the growth. Finding our place for the first time can be a little tricky since we are tucked behind the wood industry, but once you know where it is, it’s easy. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It is just a few of us handling the daily tasks and trying to keep the projects moving forward. We have been at this location for a while and we like the practical feel of the neighborhood. We just try to do our work well and stay out of the way of all the hype you usually see in this industry. It’s just regular development work, nothing more, nothing less. We often have the windows open to let some air in, even if it means hearing the wood industry.
