Our place is on 7th East Cross Road in Gandhinagar, right here in Vellore. If you know the area, it’s pretty easy to find. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time. It’s a standard workspace where we handle various electronics and assembly tasks. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a local spot where people come to work every day. The morning traffic on the cross road can be a bit of a headache, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We have benches set up for the work and some storage for all the parts we use. It gets a little cramped when a new shipment arrives, but we manage to shift things around. Most of us have lived in Tamil Nadu our whole lives, so we’re used to the weather and how things move here. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or advertisements. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We drink a lot of coffee during the shifts to stay focused. It’s a decent environment where everyone knows what they need to do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day operations without making a big fuss about it. It’s worked for us so far and we don’t see any reason to change it. Every day brings something a little different to the bench, which keeps things interesting enough for us.
