It’s a decent place to work from. Pai Layout is a busy area but our office inside Samhita Regency stays relatively quiet. We don’t have a lot of fancy titles or a strict hierarchy here. Most of us just pitch in where we are needed. If someone is busy, someone else picks up the slack. That’s just how we operate. Our workspace is pretty simple. We have our desks and our computers and not much else. We don't really see the point in having a flashy office if the work gets done anyway. We aren't here to impress anyone with a big speech or marketing talk. We just provide what we provide and hope people are satisfied with it. The daily routine is mostly just answering the phone and keeping up with the paperwork. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but that’s just work. We like the location because there are good places to eat nearby. Bangalore is a big city, but our corner of it in Pai Layout feels like our own little space. We are just a group of people working hard at Ecs Solutions.
