Echelon Hr Consultancy Mittal Tower Bangalore is where we work, though our actual location is now at 10 2 4 on the 7th Cross Main Road in ITC Colony. It is tucked away in Jeevanhalli, which is part of the Cox Town area. Even though our name mentions Mittal Tower, this is the place where we actually sit down and do our work every day. Bangalore is a big, busy city, but this part of Cox Town feels a bit more like the old days with more trees and a slower pace. Our office is a simple room in a regular building. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big reception area. It is just us, our phones, and our computers. We spend most of the day talking to people and trying to sort out HR matters. It can be a bit tedious sometimes, but we just get on with it. We don't use any of that corporate speak or talk about our goals for the future.
