Our business is set up in Vidyaranyapura, at the 13 4 address. It’s a decent area and we’ve been part of it for a good amount of time now. We handle a bit of everything here, mostly supplies and general goods that people in the neighborhood find useful. The space is a mix of an office and a small storeroom. We don’t really have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live just down the street. It’s a simple operation with just a couple of us working through the orders each day. We spend time on the phone or checking what we have in stock to make sure we can help whoever walks in. It gets a bit dusty with all the boxes, but that’s just how it is when you’re moving stuff around all day. We like the pace here because it’s not too frantic but there’s always something to do. Whether it’s helping a neighbor find a specific tool or just organizing the inventory, we keep at it. We’ve known some of our customers for years and they often stop by just to say hello or have a quick chat. It’s more like a community spot than a cold office. We just focus on our tasks and try to stay organized in our own way, making sure we have what people are looking for when they visit.
