Dotline Web Media is located at 344 Dn Singh Road in Jayanagar. It’s a pretty busy street, and we’ve been part of the landscape here for some time now. We work on web stuff, mostly. It’s a lot of coding, looking at layouts, and making sure things work on the internet. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a room with several desks and computers. We have some decent windows that let in light, which is nice when you're staring at code all morning long. We are a small team, and we don't have a lot of layers or bosses. Everyone just sort of knows what they need to do when they walk in. Jayanagar is a great area, but finding a parking spot near 344 can be a real pain sometimes. We usually tell people to just take the bus or a rickshaw if they are coming over. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that to write fancy stuff for us. We’re just tech people who ended up starting a business together. Some days are stressful when a site goes down, but mostly it’s just steady progress. We drink a lot of chai and talk about new gadgets that we can't afford. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We aren't looking to change the world, just to do the work well and keep the lights on. Sometimes we forget to take a lunch break when we're busy.
