Finding our place at C-329 on 3rd Main can be a bit of a challenge if you aren't used to the layout of Peenya Industrial Estate. This part of Bangalore is always packed with vehicles and people moving around, especially during the morning rush. We have been in this 1st Stage area for a while at Dopag India Private Limited, and the workshop is where most of the action happens. It’s not a very quiet environment, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone. We spend a lot of our time working with metering and mixing systems. It’s technical work that requires a lot of focus, so you’ll often see people hunched over machines or checking drawings. The office upstairs is a bit small, and we usually end up having our lunch together at the big table. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. The guys on the floor know the machines inside out. We have our fair share of long days when someone needs something fixed urgently. The power fluctuations in this area used to bother us, but we’ve learned to work around them over the years. It’s a gritty, hardworking neighborhood, and we fit right in. We just focus on getting the assemblies right and making sure the parts are packed properly before they leave the estate for the day.
