Dhruvah Nextgen Llp is tucked away in the Purva Graces Apartment complex in Amruthahalli. We operate out of unit J 223 in the Joy Block. It’s not your usual office setting. It’s a residential building, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed. We don't have to deal with the sterile feeling of a commercial tower. It’s just us in a regular flat, working on our tech ideas. We started this because we wanted to have more control over our work life. There are no big bosses or HR departments here. We just manage ourselves. Some people might find it weird to work in an apartment, but it really works for us. We have a kitchen where we make our own lunch and a small balcony for when we need some fresh air. We aren't trying to be a global giant. We just want to do our work and keep the people who hire us satisfied. The neighborhood is quiet, and the walk to the main road is nice in the mornings. We don't use any corporate talk or fancy slogans. We just tell it like it is. If a job is hard, we say it’s hard. If it’s easy, we get it done fast. It’s an honest way of doing things and we wouldn't have it any other way right now.
