Our firm, DHISHAN GLOBAL CONSTRUCTIONS LLP, sits on the 1st floor of a building in Malleswaram. The address is No. 86/1 on 11th Cross, which is right on Temple Road. Malleswaram is one of those old-school parts of Bangalore that has a lot of character. We like being here because of the history and the way the neighborhood feels. Our office is a simple one, mostly just desks and a lot of paper everywhere. Since we are on the first floor, we can see people walking by on Temple Road all day long. We do construction work on a global scale, but we are very much a local team. Most of our day is spent coordinating between different sites and making sure we have enough materials. It is a lot of logistics and occasionally some long hours when things get complicated. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy things about us. We are just the people who show up and make sure the buildings get put together. Sometimes the rain slows things down or there’s a delay at the port, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our communication just as simple. If you are in the North Bangalore area, you might have passed by our building while running errands. We are just here doing the work we know how to do.
