Deutsche Bank Group

This Deutsche Bank Group office is over at 910, 2nd E Cross, 9th A Main in HRBR Layout, 1st Block. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, 560043, with quite a few trees still standing on the streets. The office is located in a spot that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have our desks set up in a way that makes the most of the space we have. Most of the day is spent dealing with the various needs of the bank’s groups. It’s not the kind of place where customers walk in off the street very often. We mostly focus on the internal side of things, like keeping records straight and making sure everything is where it should be. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Sometimes we all go out to the local bakery for a snack in the afternoon. The building itself is straightforward, nothing fancy or modern about the architecture. We have some plants by the window to make it feel a bit more lively. Working in HRBR Layout is good because it’s not as crazy as the central business district. We still have to deal with the occasional power cut or slow internet, like anywhere else in the city. It’s just a regular group of people doing their jobs in a quiet corner of Karnataka. We don't have a big HR team or anything here, just us managing the daily load together.
