We are located at Flat C1 in the Vijaya Regency building, which sits right on the Outer Ring Road in Mahadevapura. If you live in Bangalore, you know that this area is always moving and the traffic can be pretty intense. Deloitte India Services Pvt Ltd uses this flat as an office, and it feels a bit different from a standard corporate building. It is more like a residential space that has been turned into a functional work area. We have got the essentials like desks, chairs, and a small kitchen corner for tea. It can get a bit tight when everyone shows up at the same time, but we make it work without any complaints. The sound of the traffic from the ring road is always there in the background, but after a while, you just stop hearing it. Our days are spent handling various service tasks and keeping the paperwork moving. There is nothing fancy about this office; we do not have a gym or a big cafeteria or anything like that. It is just a place where we come to do our jobs and then head home. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we just take the stairs and get a bit of exercise. It is a very normal, everyday office experience in one of the busiest parts of the city. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to beat the traffic.
