Dell International Services

Indiranagar is a lively place to be, and our office on 13B Main is right in the middle of it. We are on the second floor of house 3393. It’s a great location because there’s always something happening outside, though the parking is nearly impossible if you arrive late. Dell International Services has us stationed here to handle a mix of technical support and some regional operations. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a lot of desks squeezed into the rooms and the wiring is a bit of a maze on the floor, so you have to watch your step. We spend most of our time on our systems, occasionally yelling across the room to ask a colleague for help with a tricky problem. It’s not the kind of place with a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. We just have our badges and our laptops. The balcony is the best part, even if it just looks out over the street; it’s good for a quick breath of air. We mostly stick to ourselves and get the job done. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and then we just order in some food. It’s a standard workspace where the focus is on the technology and not on looking corporate. We're just a bunch of tech people in a nice part of Bangalore.
