Decentralised Energy Systems India Pvt Ltd is located at S2 Royal Canopy Manor on Rustam Bagh Airport Road in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a nice enough building to work in. We are on the second floor and the office is usually filled with the hum of computers and people talking about power grids and energy setups. Bangalore can be a very busy and loud city, but our spot in Rustam Bagh is slightly more tucked away from the heaviest traffic. We deal with some pretty technical stuff involving energy, but we try not to let that make us sound too stiff or formal. We’re just a group of people who are interested in how power gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes we are out on sites checking on equipment, and other days we are just here in the office looking at data. Our desks are a mess of wires and components quite often, which is just part of the job when you work with energy systems. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on the engineering and the practical side of things. It’s been a learning process for all of us as the technology changes, but we just keep showing up and doing the work that needs to be done. We appreciate being in this part of town because it’s close to everything we need. It's just a regular office full of folks trying to figure things out.
