We have been at this location for a long time, and the intersection of 8th Main and 17th Cross is a familiar sight for everyone who works here. The area is quite active, with a lot of small shops and houses surrounding the campus. Our specific building has a lot of history in its walls. You can tell by the way the stairs are worn down in the middle from thousands of footsteps. We keep our workspace pretty basic because we are more concerned with the actual engineering work than how the office looks. There are a lot of shelves filled with old projects and technical manuals that have been gathered over the years. During the rainy season, you can hear the water drumming on the roof, which is actually quite a nice sound when you are trying to concentrate. Jaraganahalli is a place where you can find anything you need just by walking a few blocks. We like being part of this community. It is not a quiet place, but it is a productive one. Most days are spent moving between different rooms and checking on things. It is a lot of walking, but it keeps us busy and the days go by fast.
