Brigade Road is always a bit of a walk if you’re coming from the main junction. Our spot at number 133 is where Davis Langdon Seah India Pvt Ltd operates from. It’s right in the thick of things. You can hear the traffic and the people outside all day long. The office itself isn’t huge, but it’s enough for the group of us who show up every morning. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of papers everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly organized, but we know where everything is when we need it. Most of the time, the air is filled with the sound of typing and maybe someone talking on the phone in the corner. We don't have those fancy glass walls you see in the corporate parks. It’s just a regular building on a busy street. We like being centrally located because it’s easy to grab a quick bite or run an errand nearby. The stairs are a bit steep, so you get your exercise for the day just coming in. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on Brigade Road, but we’re still here doing our thing at 133. It’s a steady kind of place. Not much for decoration, just the basics—lights, fans, and a few computers that have been around for a few years. It’s just our daily workspace where we get the work done.
