We are over at 203 Dove Nest Flats, right on Varthur Main Road here in Munekollala. If you know the Marthahalli Extn area in Bangalore, you know how the traffic can get sometimes. It’s a busy spot but we like it. The office is basically just a few of us working away in the apartment. Most days start with trying to find a good parking spot downstairs before heading up. We’ve got some desks shoved in there and a lot of wires everywhere. It isn't a fancy corporate tower or anything, just a regular space where we get things done. Sometimes the neighbors in the other flats pop by or we just see them in the hallway. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at resumes since we handle staffing for Datamatics Staffing Services. It gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby on the main road. The weather in Bangalore is usually okay but the dust from the road keeps us cleaning the windows quite often. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know where to find us if they need to drop something off. There isn't a big sign outside, so people usually just look for the Dove Nest building and count the floors. It’s a pretty straightforward setup and we try to keep things moving along without making it too complicated for anyone who comes in.
