We are located at number 15 on Basappa Road, which is a part of Wilson Garden that stays pretty busy during the week. The street isn't very wide, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you don't get here early enough. Our office is a straightforward space. We didn't spend a lot of money on decorations or fancy furniture because we’re mostly just focused on the projects sitting on our desks. It can get a bit loud outside when the traffic picks up in the late afternoon, but we’ve mostly tuned that out by now. The windows let in a decent amount of light, which helps when we’re working late. We don’t have a big staff, just a handful of people who have been around for a while and know how things should run. There’s a small corner where we keep the coffee machine and a stack of old folders that we probably should have filed away months ago. It’s a very normal, slightly cramped office where everyone knows each other’s business. We don’t really do formal meetings with agendas; we just talk across the room when something needs to be solved. It’s a simple way of working that seems to suit the kind of stuff we handle. The building has some character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We just show up, do the hours, and head home.
