D R S Project Management Consultancy is located at 302 in Electronic City. Being in this part of town means we’re surrounded by a lot of tech companies and big buildings. Our office is a bit more modest than some of the neighbors, but it works for us. We spend most of our time looking at schedules and making sure different parts of a project are actually moving forward. It can be a lot of juggling, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. Electronic City is always busy, and sometimes finding a parking spot near 302 can be a real pain. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us on our laptops and phones, trying to sort out delays or budget issues. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just focus on the practical side of getting things built or finished. The team is small, and we don't really do the corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Sometimes things go wrong on a project, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We don’t use a lot of fancy consulting words; we just talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a simple approach, but it keeps the projects from getting stuck. We've been in this spot for a while now and know the local area well. We just take things one day at a time.
