Customer Service Supervisor

The office is at 3561 65 on the 7th Cross. It is just a simple place in Gayathri Nagar where we handle the supervisor work for customer service. I usually get in early before the traffic in Bangalore gets too bad. The building isn't very new, but it works for us. We have a couple of old desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It's not like those big IT offices you see in other parts of the city. We just deal with the daily tasks that come our way. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We've been here for years, so we know all the other shop owners on this street. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just try to get the work done so we can go home on time. We handle everything from complaints to just general questions. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. People just find us by word of mouth mostly. That's how it's always been.
