Crv Executive Search is based out of Bangalore, specifically in Vidyaranyapura at No 287, 6th Block, BEL Layout. It’s a bit away from the main city rush, which actually makes it a decent place to get some real work done without all the noise. We spend our days looking for people to fill executive roles, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. The office is located in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a cold business district. We like it that way. Being in the 6th Block of BEL Layout gives us a bit of a calm atmosphere. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up like it does anywhere else in Karnataka, but we manage. We aren’t a giant firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a focused group trying to find the right fit for the jobs we have on our desks. It’s mostly about understanding what a company needs and then hunting until we find someone who matches. Bangalore is full of talent, so there is always someone new to talk to. We’ve been at this address for a while now and we know the local shops and the delivery guys pretty well. It's a simple setup at No 287, nothing too flashy, just desks, chairs, and a lot of searching for the right candidates.
