Working out of South City on Bannergatta Road means dealing with a lot of noise and traffic every single morning. Our office is tucked away in B 7 103, which is basically a quiet spot in a very busy part of Bangalore. We spend most of our hours looking at spreadsheets and managing data points for different projects that come our way. It is the kind of work that requires a lot of coffee and staying glued to the monitor for longer than is probably good for our eyes. The space is a bit cramped with all the desks and cables running along the floor, but it works for what we do. We have been here for a while now, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We get in, start the systems, and get through the lists. There is no big corporate lobby or anything like that, just a door and some people working hard to get the numbers right. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes, which is just part of living in the city, but we manage to stay on track. It is a small team and we all know each other well enough to know who takes their tea with no sugar. It is just a regular office doing technical work without any extra fluff. We try to keep things moving as fast as the city does outside.
