Our business, Corben Recruiters, is located in the 560043 area of Bangalore. We’ve been operating out of this part of Karnataka for some time now. Recruitment is a busy field, and our office reflects that. There are always resumes to look at and people to call. The office itself is just a regular room with some partitions and a lot of telephones. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. We have some old chairs for visitors and a stack of folders that never seems to get any smaller. Bangalore has changed so much since we started, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We come in, check our messages, and start reaching out to people looking for work. It’s a lot of talking and listening. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have any big mission statements or fancy goals. We just try to help people find a job that fits them and help companies find the right staff. We usually have our lunch at our desks while we scroll through more applications. It’s a simple operation and we don't feel the need to make it more complicated than it is. We’re just a local team doing our bit in the city. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening every day of the week.
