Convergys

We are tucked away in Lakkasandra, specifically at Shivakrupa on 16th Cross. It’s right in the Gopallappa Layout area of Bangalore. If you know this part of the city, you know the traffic can be a real headache, but we manage. The office is on the 4th main, and it’s a pretty busy little pocket. We have been working out of this space at Convergys for some time now. It’s a functional setup, nothing too over the top. We have our desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of coffee to keep us going. The 16th Cross is narrow, so parking is always a bit of a puzzle every morning. Most of us just use the bus or bikes to save ourselves the trouble. Inside, it’s usually the sound of typing and people talking. We don't really go in for those fancy office decorations. It’s more about getting the job done and then heading home to beat the evening rush. The area has a lot of small eateries, which is great for when we forget our tiffins. It’s a bit dusty and loud outside with all the construction going on nearby, but once you’re inside the building, it’s alright. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. It’s a practical place to work, and being in the heart of the city has its own set of advantages and challenges.
