Conoil Plc is located in Bangalore, specifically at Villa 251 in Phase I of Adarsh Palm Meadows. This place is in Ramgundanhalli, which is a bit of a relief from the usual chaotic traffic of the main city center. Working out of a villa is definitely different from being in a standard office building. It’s much quieter here, and there’s a lot of greenery around that makes the day feel a bit less frantic. We don't have a giant neon sign or a lobby with a fountain. It just feels like a large home that we’ve repurposed for our daily operations. Inside, the rooms are converted into workspaces, and we often use the dining area or the patio for quick chats about what needs to be done next. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to the high-pressure environment of the big tech parks nearby. We still work hard, of course, but it’s nice to look out the window and see trees instead of just another concrete wall. Most of us enjoy the peace and quiet that comes with being in this part of Bangalore. It’s 560066, so we are well into the eastern side of the city. We don't really do the corporate posturing here; we just like having a comfortable place to sit and handle our business without too many distractions. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come by to check on us, which is always a bit of a laugh for the staff.
