Connectwell Industries Pvt Ltd is based out of Basaveshwara Nagar in Madivala. It’s a busy part of the city, and honestly, finding a parking spot around here can be a real headache some mornings. We are at number 75/1, a spot that has served us well enough. The neighborhood is always alive with people going about their business, and you can hear the sounds of the street even when the windows are shut. Inside, the office is just a normal setup. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of old files that probably need sorting one of these days. It’s a practical space. We don’t have those fancy lounge areas or bean bags you see in magazines. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. Usually, lunch is a quick affair, maybe something brought from home or a quick bite from a nearby shop. The electricity acts up once in a while, especially during the rainy season, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our home base. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time, and there’s a sense of familiarity that comes with being in an older part of town like this. It’s just how we operate, keeping things simple and sticking to what we know. There is a small tea shop at the corner where the staff usually congregates in the late afternoon for a quick break.
