Conexant Systems

Indiranagar is a busy place, but our spot on 17th Cross in the II Stage is actually not too bad. We’re at number 566. It’s a typical Bangalore street with trees and a lot of scooters parked everywhere. Conexant Systems has been in this building for a while now. It’s got three floors, but we mostly stick to our area. The stairs are a bit steep, so we definitely get some exercise every day. Inside, it looks like any other place where people work on computers. There are stacks of paper that need filing and a lot of coffee mugs that probably should be washed more often. We have a small balcony where some of the guys go to talk or just get some air. The internet goes out once in a while when it rains hard, so we just wait it out. We aren't really trying to be anything other than a local branch that handles its business. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too terrible unless the traffic is really backed up on the main road. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a lot of rules about how things look as long as the work is moving along. Just a bunch of us in a regular building in Indiranagar. We try to keep things simple and get through the pile of work on our desks.
