We are based up on the 5th floor of Mehpara Residency, which is at 444/2 in the 2nd Block of HBR Layout. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the view is alright. We focus on construction projects. It’s mostly about taking an idea and turning it into something real. We’ve got a small team here. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to suppliers. The office is usually full of samples—bits of wood, stone, and metal everywhere. HBR Layout is where we decided to set up shop because it’s central for the projects we usually take on. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes because someone told a friend about us. That’s the way we like it. It keeps things more personal. We deal with the usual stresses of building—weather, costs going up, things like that. We try to handle it all without making a big fuss. Sometimes we’re at the office late into the evening getting everything ready for the next day. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of mud and dust involved, but seeing a building actually finished is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
