Company Secretary

Our office for the Company Secretary work is at 24 10Th Across, 4Th Main in Chowdeshwarinagar. This is along the Laggere Main Road in the Laggere area of Bangalore, Karnataka 560058. It is a busy part of town and there is always traffic moving along the main road. We handle a lot of paperwork here because that is what the job involves. It is mostly about making sure all the forms are filled out and the filings are done on time for the companies we work with. The office is tucked away a bit in the layout but it is easy enough to get to once you turn off the main road. We have a lot of files and books around because the rules seem to change every other day. It is not the kind of place with bright lights and glass walls. We just have our desks and some chairs for when people come to sign documents. Bangalore is a big place for businesses and there is always some new regulation to keep up with. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized. Sometimes the work is a bit dry but it is important for keeping things legal and official. We have been in Laggere for some time now and we like the local atmosphere. It feels like a real neighborhood where people actually work and live.
