Our place is located at No 1223 Iind A Cross, over in Mano Rayanapalya, which is part of R T Nagar here in Bangalore. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but we have been working out of this building for a good stretch of time. Most of what we do involves technical checks and looking at construction materials. The office is usually a bit dusty because of the samples coming in and out. It isn’t a quiet place, especially when the machines are running or when someone is dropping off a heavy load from a site. We spend a lot of time writing down numbers and looking at cracks or strengths in concrete. The staff here knows the routine well. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when things slow down for a minute. Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so getting things delivered to the office sometimes takes longer than we expect. We just deal with it as it comes. The rooms are filled with folders and testing equipment that has seen better days, but everything works okay. We don't really do big meetings or fancy presentations. Most of the talk happens over a workbench or near the front door where people sign in. It’s just a honest day's work for us at this RT Nagar post. We stay busy with the technical side of things and try to keep the paperwork organized as best we can.
