If you know the 560001 area, you know the streets can be quite narrow and confusing. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of being in such a central location. The building is an older one, but it holds everything we need. Most of the staff comes in early to beat the Bangalore traffic, which is always a struggle on the main roads. We share the space and keep our supplies stacked against the walls. It is a very hands-on kind of place. You will not find any shiny lobbies or receptionists here. We just answer the phone and deal with the people who walk in. The neighborhood has a lot of small businesses like ours, so there is a sense of everyone just trying to get through their to-do list. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that is just how it is in this city. We have grown used to the sounds of the horns and the busy market nearby. It is a functional office where the focus is on the day’s tasks. We do not spend much on decor because the work itself takes up most of the room. It is just how we operate in this part of Bangalore.
