Chandra Sound System

Down here on Seshadripuram Link Road 198, it’s mostly about the noise and the gear. Chandra Sound System has been around for a while now. We keep a lot of speakers and cables stacked up in the corners. It’s not the most organized place you’ll ever see, but we know where the right connectors are kept. Most days involve testing out old amplifiers or seeing why a speaker isn’t kicking like it should. The shop gets a bit cramped when we have a big delivery coming in. We don't really do the big fancy advertisements or anything like that. People just sort of find us when their equipment breaks or they need something for an event. It gets loud sometimes, which the neighbors probably don't love, but that’s the nature of what we do. We spend a lot of time soldering and fixing up bits and pieces that have seen better days. The traffic on the link road is always a bit much, but it’s a good spot for us. It’s mostly just me and a couple of others keeping things moving. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. We just deal with the electronics and the sound. If you need a wire or a specific plug, we usually have it buried somewhere in the back. It’s practical work. We just try to make things work again and keep the systems running for whoever needs them.
