Chainalytics

Chainalytics is situated at Flat A7 in Lakeside Heights. We are right on the Whitefield Main Road in Bangalore. Living and working in Whitefield is mostly about managing the commute, but being in a flat makes it feel a bit more relaxed. It is not like a traditional office with cubicles and a front desk. It is more of a lived-in space where we have set up our computers and tables. We can see the road from the windows and sometimes the traffic is all we talk about. The building itself is okay, though the elevator can be slow during the middle of the day. We have been here in Karnataka for some time. We don't have any marketing teams or people trying to sell things. It is just a group of us looking at data and trying to make sense of it all. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and we have to walk down the road to get something to drink. We don't really do big meetings. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need help with something. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars. It is a simple setup that works for what we need to do. We like being in a residential building because it feels a lot quieter than the big tech parks further down the road. It feels more like a real home for our work. This is just our daily routine.
