Cfirst Background Checks India Pvt Ltd is based in Bangalore. Our office is at A 26, on 31st A Cross in the 7th Block of Jayanagar. It’s a nice part of Karnataka to be in. The street is lined with trees, which is a nice change from the more crowded parts of the city. We have been here for a good amount of time now. The building is easy to find if you know the 7th Block layout. Inside, it’s just a standard office setup. We have a few rows of desks and a small area where we keep the server stuff. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to do our jobs right. Our team is a mix of people who have been here for years and some newer faces. It’s a friendly environment, though we do stay quite busy most days. Bangalore traffic can be a nightmare, so we usually try to start a bit early to beat the rush. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a fancy coffee machine. We just use a regular electric kettle for our tea and coffee. It works fine for us. We focus mostly on our computer work and making sure everything is accurate. It’s not flashy, but it’s important to us. Being in Bangalore gives us access to a lot of good people who know their way around technology and data.
