We are over here in Banaswadi, specifically at 131 2 E Cross in the Ombr Layout. It’s one of those parts of Bangalore that always feels like it’s growing, with new shops popping up and then closing down just as fast. Our office is tucked away in a spot that isn't too loud, but you still hear the bikes and cars zooming by all day. It gets pretty dusty sometimes with all the construction nearby, but that is just how it is around here. People come in around nine, grab some tea from the stall around the corner, and settle into their desks. Most of what we do involves looking at screens and talking on the phone, trying to get things sorted for folks. It is not some fancy glass building with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a regular room where we get our work done. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power cuts out for a bit, so we just take a break and wait it out. It is a simple setup, really. We have some old chairs that squeak and a bunch of files stacked up in the corner because we haven't gotten around to filing them properly yet. The 560043 pin code area has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of it. We don’t have any big slogans or anything like that. Just a bunch of us trying to do a decent job every day.
