We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one so people know they’ve reached the right place. Inside, it is mostly just us and our desks. There are a lot of files and books around because we have a lot to keep track of. We don't really use much technology beyond the basics. A couple of computers and a printer that jams once in a while is all we need. Swargate can be a busy area, but our street is usually okay. We get a mix of people coming by. Some are just looking for information and others have been coming to us for years. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people talking about us. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We drink our tea, talk about the work, and try to help anyone who walks through the door. It’s just how things are done here in our little corner of town. We might not have the newest furniture, but the chairs are comfortable enough for a long day's work. We usually stay until the sun goes down and then lock up for the night.
